Imported Products not showing up in the All Products page

Hi Samuel,

I have not come across this before, are you able to export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file, so that i can try and replicate your import locally.

Are you also able to attach your csv/xml file or a sample of it.

Just to confirm are you importing into woocommerce (https://www.importwp.com/docs/import-woocommerce-products-from-csv-xml/)? or a custom post type?

Thank you, from the importer export file i can see that you have not chosen the correct template (you have chosen custom post type), when creating the importer you need to select "WooCommerce Products" as "What are you wanting to import".

Before recreating your importer, i would recommend to remove all preivously imported products as to reduce the risk of issues occuring in the future (a quick way to do this is to enable the delete permission on the permission step, then run the importer with a "number of rows" set to 0, this will delete all previously imported products on that importer).

Okay, so this worked - however, I now have another issue. 

My website displays upcoming live music events and sometimes there are multiple events (WooCommerce Products) with the same name. When I import several events with the same name only one event is importing. Is there any other way to resolve this?

This suggests that you need to select something different on the unique identifier section of the permissions tab. https://www.importwp.com/docs/permissions/#unique-identifier (it currently sounds like you have selected the product name as it).

What part of the product or csv file do you want to identify each product?
