User Import Permission Issue

I have one Dev WordPress multi-site instance, and one Prod WordPress multi-site instance — using same version of ImportWP (basic) on both.

Using a user-import template, everthing works good on the Dev instance — users get imported, created, etc.  However, the same exact everything on the Prod instance, I get this error, \”Not enough permissions to update record\”.  And logged in as Administrator role (SuperAdmin) on both.

Anyway to debug the possible cause?  Screenshot attached.

Hi Dennis,

The not enough permissions to update record message, means that the importer found an existing item on teh server that is matched to your setup, but it cant update it due to your importer not having the update permission enabled.
