Manual sync performance

Hello,

I have noticed that when I attempt a manual sync everything works well but it stalls out at about 50%. Not certain what may be causing this.

Hi Timothy,

Are you able to share a login to access so i can view what is going on?

If not can you confirm that when you are manually running have you kept the running importer window open throughout the process?

It is a good possibility this is causing the issue, this is why if you schedule an import it will take a very long time to complete, and if you have an import that has been manually run and you close the browser window or it times out, then the cron should normally resume the import.
