Problems with importing into gallery in Jet Engine CCT

Hi James,
hope you are doing well!

I have set up a gallery field within a Custom Content Type in Jet Engine. Within my CSV that I am importing, I have separated multiple external URLs (by ;), which I want to use for the galleries within the CCT.

Attached in the photos you will find my current settings. Problem is: I can run the import and all photos get imported into my media library. However, the gallery within the CCT stays empty, no matter what I do.

Any idea what I might be missing?

Hi Tim,

Can you please export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

And can you also export and attach your Jet Engine skin, along with a example csv so that i can test locally.

Thanks Tim,

I fixed an issue where the delimiter setting for the gallery field was not being used so when you had multiple images it was treating it as a single image.

Once this was fixed the gallery field was populated.

Can you install and attach the dev version of importwp-jet-engine 2.2.6 and let me know if this solves your issue.

Since this is a development build i would recommend backing up your website database and files incase you need to recover them.

Hi James!

 

Worked like a charm - it just took a very long time (4,5 hours for 1.450 entries).

Thanks for letting me know, yes that is a long time.

I am guessing it to that long due to downloading images that were missing.

You will be right, since it downloaded 6000 new photos.
