“category” field

i am importing products, but during data update i want to skip the “category” field.

screenshot in attachment.

but during the update of the data, not only the “category” field is not updated, but also the rest of the fields

When you say "Rest of the fields" , are you saying if you have an import e.g.

post_title = Title 1

taxonomy = category
taxonomy terms = cat1

taxonomy = post_tag
taxonomy terms = tag1

add if you set the permissions to "taxonomy.category", are all fields skipped e.g. post_title, category and post_tag fields?
