Cannot update Products of 2nd language

I am using Import WP Pro with Woocommerce & WPML.

Lately, every time I try to update my Products with ID (or even SKU), it only updates the one language. Even when I have pulled the Product ID of the second language – it says ‘Error: No permission to create new records’. This error is as if it only sees the Product ID of the default language and hence is trying to create new records.

This used to be fixed by switching the WordPress language in the admin bar and re-uploading but not anymore.

I have uploaded exported CSV files of my current Products and my upload file – in the working language (TH) and the second non-working language (EN). I have also added screenshot of the error I am getting

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi tattiphong,

Can you please export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

Can you also let me know which versions of importwp, importwp pro, importwp woocommerce, and importwp wpml you have installed.

I have attached the JSON file

 

And the versions are as in the screenshot:

- ImportWP 2.14.18

- ImportWP Pro 2.11.2

- ImportWP Woocommerce 2.3.9

- Woocommerce 10.4.2

- WPML 5.5.3.1

 

But wait..  what is ImportWP WPML - I do not seem to have it ?
