Import CSV issue

Hello, we are trying to import from csv but we get the errors shown into the attached files.

I guess there is a problem in the cvs format (also attached). We tryed to import a file previously exported with IMPORT WP and worked properly.

Can you help?

Hi Francesca,

The file you have attached is not technically a "csv" ( "Comma seperated value" ), as the values are seperated by a semi colon ; instead , to work with this format you need to update the delimiter under the file settings tab, you should then see the record preview update to show the preview correctly.
