Can’t run the Cron

Hi Cyprien,

Can you confirm that your wordpress cron is setup correctly, if you go to tools > site health are there any errors or warnings?

Have you tried configuring your cron to be triggered  like the following: https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/cron/hooking-wp-cron-into-the-system-task-scheduler/

I would recommend updating wordpress to the lastest version v6.4.2, and updating Import WP v2.11.3 and Import WP Pro v2.9.5 to the latest version and reschedule the importer

Hi,

I have 2 Errors and 6 Warnings ^^' but not related of cron.

With the plugin ron manage, I can see a lot of crons and 2 cron named "iwp_cron_runner" which run every minutes.

The versions are :

Import WP => 2.11.3

Import WP Pro => 2.6.5 (i don't have the link for update it)

WordPress has been updated

I don't understand why you've send me this link, the problem is that the plugin dosen't create / schedule cron

And with all this, the cron still not work.

You should be able to download the latest version of Import WP Pro from your codecanyon account found under the downloads section, this will most definatly be the reason why your cron does not work.

I've installed the latset version and crons still not working :(

How is your wordpress cron setup on the server, how often is it configured to run? every minute, every couple of minutes?

The best way to setup a cron for importwp pro now that you have the lastest version, is to use the custom cron runner: https://www.importwp.com/docs/how-to-schedule-an-importer/#configuring-the-cron-task-scheduler , are you able to set this up on your server?

Also i forgot to mention, once you updated the importer, could you go and hit save and schedule again to re-trigger the scheduling.
