We are trying display properties from a BLM File, but we need something a bit more robust for my needs and Property Hive is working better for me. Sorry the plugin didnt work out for you, your refund request should have been accepted.

Thank you for the feedback on the features required, just to complete this ticket there is plugin that allows you to download the latest file or however you need to fetch the file from a local file system called: https://github.com/jcollings/importwp-multiple-files , and enabling the delete permission on the importer should mean any properties no longer in the blm file will be removed / trashed.
