Hi Alejandro,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, the 403 error (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/403) is normally caused by website firewalls or other security plugins that block the wp rest api that is required for the importer / exporter to function.
