We use Importer Pro. But we wanted to try the Add on EXcel XLST. I istall it, activate it, but you can’t select XLST files. an xlst file is still an invaid file.

What should I do to activate it more? it is an activated plugin though…

Hi Edwim,

Are you able to attach the xlst file to this ticket.

Looking at the xlst format, it says xlst is used to transform xml into html and other formats, if you have access to the xml file that it transforms this would be better to import.

I have tried the library that the plugin uses to convert the xlsx to csv and the dates are read as those strange numbers.

I wouild recommend instead exporting directly to csv from the xlsx editor that your use to make sure the data is in a readable format.

Hello James,I have downloaded the add-in and activated, but when I give it to import a remote URL in Excel format, I only see the XML and CSV options. Should XLS also appear here?I look forward to your clarification. Thank you.

I have tried, but this is what I find.

Do I have to change any options?

I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

Hi James,No, I can't, it's a file from one of my suppliers, and they can't change it for me alone. Is there no other option?

Hi Ángel,

Both the xlsx and woocommerce addons have been updated to include the latest changes, and should be able to be updated going forward.
