Import WP Addon - JetEngine Updated 2 days ago 7 Replies

Jim asked 2 days ago on November 5, 2025 at 5:56 pm

Am trying to import .CSV file in JetEngine \”Climbers\” CCT. Using upload file from computer option, all files appear to be mapping correctly in file settings, then get this error in the template fields section \”Cannot read properties of undefined (reading \’length\’)\”. Have attached the .csv file and error log. Thanks, Jim

Hi Jim,

Can you please export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

Can you also export and attach your jet engine skin for the Climbers CCT, along with the version number of jet engine.

Thanks
James

The importer that i have loaded has no field mappings, just to confirm you export the correct importer?

Ignore the previous message, as that is the step where the error is and it only just clicked..

Any chance you can attach the exact zip file of the version of jet engine plugin you have installed as the version i am testing it with is working.

Do you know what version of PHP your server has? and WordPress version?

Thanks Jim,

Sadly, i am still unable to replicate the issue.

Are you able to create a fresh wordpress site, with just the minimum plugins shown in the attached screenshot, import your jet engine skin, and then create a fresh importer from that csv file, do you get the issue?

Now that I know there is not an issue with what I was trying to do or with the CSV file - will try a few things to correct. I will start with a fresh staging instance with fewer plugins, etc.

Feel free to close the ticket for now - and again thanks for the quick response!
