Ran import but it skipped everything

I tried several times but the plug-in skipped all the entries in the cab every time. The plug-in did not work at all and I would like to request a refund please. 

I will remove it immediately from the site as well.

Hi Cousett,

What type of file where you trying to import?

Are you able to download and attach and export of your importer “Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export > Export Importers” , and also attach your xml or CSV file so that i can double check what you have set.
