» Trying to import XML Feed

Hi I am trying to import an xml feedform a url. The feed fails with a 403 Error code:

Unable to download: https://xxx.xxx.xxx/XMLRentals.ashx, Response Code: 403x

I am able to pull this file down with no issues using a quick php script.

The import works fine if I download the xml file and import it from my computer.

Any clues why the import would fail from your plugin?

If I were to purchase, could I use the plugin on my testing site then move the license to the production site or do I need two licenses?

Hi Sandy,

From the 403 response, it suggests that the server is not othorizing the download due to access restrictions, more information on the 403 http response code: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/403

If you can provide the real url, i could look into this further.

You should be able to use the license on staging and production server as it is the same site.
