No Category showing on import preview

Hi James,

Sorry to be a pain but after you sorted the ftp problem when I import a csv via ftp or from pc i cannot get it to assign a category to category name. I have tried a csv file from someone who and it showed categories on his woocommerce site.

Finally!!! Where do I find my Licence code on CodeCanyon?

Hi Edward,

Can you please export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

Can you also attach a copy of the csv/xml file you cant get the category to assign.

You should be able to get the license code from the same sections that you download the plugin from codecanyon (screenshot attached)

HI,

I have looked at your importer, can you confirm how you have configured the category? as the taxonomies section is empty under the "Template fields" step.

Is the last problem related to the import? does it happen on the default wordpress theme and wordpress plugin?
