We actively use Import WP – Jet Engine Importer Addon with CCT. However, it no longer works on PHP8 for a few days and we have been forced to switch back to PHP7. Can you explain this?

Hi Arjan,

I have just tried an import to a basic CCT on php 8.1.23 from a csv file and there were no issues using (WordPress v6.4.3, ImportWP v2.12.0, ImportWP Pro v 2.10.0, ImportWP Jet Engine v2.2.4, JetEngine v3.3.4)

Can you explain a little more about what is not working on php8, where there any errors displayed or your website in your servers log files.

* What version of php? 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3
* What version of Jet Engine do you have installed?
* What versions of ImportWP, ImportWP Pro, and ImportWP Jet Engine do you have?
* What version of WordPress?

Can you export and attach your JetEngine skin via JetEngine > Skins Manager > Export Skin

Can you attach your csv/xml file being imported, or a small section of it.

Can you also export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.
