I am trying to update users via a google sheets csv but get the following error message

0 No password present

Hi Ola,

The no password error message suggests that the importer is trying to create a new user instead of updating an existing, can you confirm the user in the first row already exists?

I have deleted all the lines in the import file except the one I am trying to update. Column Headings:? First record is column headings? Encoding:? Default Encoding Record CSV Preview: Heading Value ID 237 user_login Ola2

Hi Ola,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

From the information you have provided i cant really help you with what i have.

Can you provide the example csv of 1 line, and show me the record within wordpress, e.g. a screenshot of the edit user screen so i can see what it is supposed to match.

With the setup you currently have with this importer, can you please export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.
