» problem importing via url

Hello, I’m having problems uploading feeds in csv via URL. These feeds are provided by Awin in formats of choice, but I opted for csv in UTF-8.

I also tried to upload the file directly from the

my computer and following the same error.

When it is not this error it

read the csv very strange.

Error displaying record: Inconsistent num of fields, header: 1, this line: 5

I reinforce that I’m using the Pro version, but I don’t know my license key, because it came with the rehub theme

Hi Cristino,

Import WP Pro plugin support license keys are only available when purchasing Import WP Pro from codecanyon: https://codecanyon.net/item/importwp-wordpress-xml-csv-importer/19703181, Support lincens are not included when the Import WP Pro is shipped with themes such as Rehub.

In regards to your issue, i can see from the url that you are downloading a zip file containing a csv, please make sure you have the zip importer addon installed: https://www.importwp.com/integrations/ and retry downloading the csv file from your url.

The error "Error displaying record: Inconsistent num of fields, header: 1, this line: 5" is saying that the csv file is not valid.
