Importing tags and Polylang

Hello,
I’m using the pro-version together with the Polylang add-on. When creating an importer for tags there is no possibility to select the Polylang fields for coupling. What do I need to do ?
Preferably I wouldn’t import tags seperately, but getting it in one go; import a linked post in 3 different languages and also the tags linked seems too mucht. Importing the posts works. Just the tags is an issue. How do I import tags with linked translations ?

The ImportWP Polylang addon only supports custom post types, however using this method like you mention you can import translations of taxonomies at the same time which in theory allows you to update the tags as needed.

I will look at the current implementation and see what can be done to update the polylang addon to work with taxonomy import templates and their translations.

Thank you, that would be great. 
What could help is an additional column for linking the tags. A reference id, that works like the one for the posts. The only thing to keep in mind is that the order of the tags and the amount matter. But that's just an idea.
Any help is appreciated.
