500 Error

Hi,

I am trying to run an exporter (users). The main screen shows an error message ‘The following error has occured: error, Code: 500’

Wondering what that code means? My user export also isn’t working.

Hi Matt,

The 500 error suggests and error was encountered when processing the php request, Does your server have an error log that you can attach so i can look into this further? or can you enable wordpress debug log and re-export and trigger teh error (https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029327771-Enabling-the-WordPress-Debug-log)

Can you also take a screenshot of your exporter settings so i can see your setup.

Hi Matt,

An update v2.7.12 has just been released to wordpress.org that should fix both the issue with the exporter status returning the DivisionByZeroError and an issue breaking the user exporter.
