Import WP Addon – Polylang — Import Taxonomies

Hi,

I have a trouble with \”Import WP Addon – Polylang\”.

If I want to import custom taxonomy \”Collections\” from my custom post type \”Products\” but i cat\’t select Polylang options.

How can I get around this or solve this problem?

Hi Piotr,

To help me understand your setup, are you able to share you csv / xml file, or even just a couple of rows that have a product and its translations, along with some collections and their translations.

Are you able to share your csv  / xml file?

Can you please also export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

I need make a copy "1:1" from English to Czech language.

Translations will be introduced at a later stage via the admin panel.
