Import WP Addon - WooCommerce Updated 2 years ago 5 Replies

Hello, 

I ran into an issue and I can’t seem to figure out why. I configured the settings correctly and the only thing that I attempted was to enable the taxable field for the products. However now when I look at the categories they are all placed under one category for some reason. I have since changed the settings and am attempting to run it once again. Can you please take a quick look at my settings.?

Can you please export and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

Thanks for your assistance! I have restarted another import process after disabling the tax section. Can I stop/delete this without causing further issues?

If the importer is manually run, moving away from the page will stop the import.

If the importer is scheduled, saving the importer will stop the import.
