How to manage “The URL provided is not valid” errors and log access ?

Hi

I have several “The URL provided is not valid” (english translation from french) errors during the import process. How can i identify the cause of the problem please ?

Any way to access detailed logs of the import process ?

Hi,

To help figure out your issue, can you go to Settings / Tools >General Settings and Enable Debug Mode.

Then go back to the importer and run.

Once it has ran, at the bottom right of the importer there should be a "<> Show Debug" button that has an "Import Logs" section, this should give me more information about what the importer is doing.

In your previous ticket you mentioned ACF, are you importing to a url field? if so this may be that fields validation.

Thanks a lot. 

I cant retreive the log files (i have a 403 error) but i was able to download it directly on my hosting.

Problem solved, you can close the ticket please (made a mistake on the "value" line of an import field).
