Purchase code NOT working

Hello,

 

I bought the ImportWP Pro plugin and it’s uploaded but the pro version is not activated because of the license code.

Item Purchase Code: 7ed99511-a024-4d4f-894b-d64ccc4f6295

Purchase Date: 2024-09-18 16:47:03 UTC

 

But it isn’t working. 

 

I submitted a ticket to Envato but they said to contact you guys directly. So can you activate my version of plugin so we can proceed further? Or look into this please?

Hi James,

Just to make sure, when you say the plugin is not active, there should be nothing blocking the plugin from being active, only the updater requires the liense key.

To get an update license key you need to use your purchase code to generate one: https://www.importwp.com/docs/automatic-updates/

If this does not work let me know and i can look into it further.
