custom fileds not be checked in admin page

Hi,

The list of id's that are exported, do they exist on the website that you are importing to? if not what are the id's are they attachments, posts, taxonomies?

Once we know what this is we can add some code to update the exporter to write different data to the csv file.

I will briefly explain the configuration.

I am creating a tarot card website. There are different types of tarot card readings. And each tarot card needs to be interpreted differently depending on the type of reading.

Assuming this is an e-commerce site, each reading will be a parent category, and each card will be a child category or products under the parent categories.

In this case, the list is probably like a "post" area. Please refer to the attached image.

How have you created the settings > Reading checkboxes, is this a theme or plugin functionality?

Are you able to manually create a card, and check a few of the reading checkboxes and save that card, taking note of the ID :  (can be taken from the url when saved: http://site.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=193&action=edit), e.g. this would be id 193

Then goto ImportWP > Exporters > Add Exporter

1. set a name
2. choose that you are exporting a card.
3. Set the unique identifier to ID, doesnt really matter.
4. Set File type to csv.
5. leave fields to export empty.
6. Under filter records, add filter, set the "field name" to ID , "operator" to Not Equals, and "That" to the card Id, which in my example would be 193.

Running the exporter you should get a csv file with one record, can you attach that csv file so i can see how your website saves the data in the database.

This is a custom post type created as a feature of the plugin. 

As you requested, I registered a new cad manually. However, I couldn't find the ID in the URL - I tried to save the permalink as plain, but was forced to save it as post name only. 

I have extracted the csv file, but would like to share the link to the google sheet. The comments below are about the google sheet

As for the ID 1782 (The Fool), I entered more values of co_reading_id in the csv the same as the other cards.

However, on the admin page, the checkbox for co_reading_id was blank. The 7 values currently extracted are the result of me manually filling in the checkboxes and then saving them.

The ID 12851(Test Card) in the lowest column is the result of doing what you requested. I created the card manually. I manually filled in some of the co_reading_id values.

I couldn't do the 6th of the exporter steps, which is to extract the CSV, because I couldn't find the ID in the URL address. So I extracted the entire card and the result is the same as the google sheet link. I've attached the CSV just in case.

Based on this the import is working as expected it is importing the ID's to the specified custom field, are you able to attach either the theme or the plugin that is creating the checkboxes? without this i cant really offer any more help.

Like in the case of ID 1800 - The Moon, the data uploaded as csv file is entered without any problem, but the checkbox in the admin screen is not activated.

If I have a card with READING enabled manually, it works fine without breaking the design as shown below

In this case, the card ID 1782 (The Fool) is working because I manually enabled co_reading_id 1251.

Question:

Why is the checkbox not activated in the admin screen, even though it is entered as data?

If it has to be entered manually now, can't this be solved by uploading a csv via php-my-admin?
