Not enough permissions to create record? Simple import

I imported a bunch of pages a while back and I am unable to see them in the WP CMS. I had to create pages with the -2 slug and trying to resurrect the original pages so I can see and delete them. I uploaded a simple CSV with Slug and Status and got the error below. I using an AWS Lightsail Bitnami WP instance and I can’t look at the DB excerpt through the terminal and that is a little over my head. 

End goal just trying to deal the /news, /youtube, peage etc. so I can take the news-2 and youtube-2 pages and change their URL. Any suggestiong ont he error below of course of action using Import WP Pro?
