Import image from my hard-disk

Your media files / images need to either be accesible via a url, or accesible to the website via a local path.

I would recommend uploading your images/attachments to a folder on your webserver, and then importing to the media library from there or you could upload all your images to the media library and then use the "Immagine Reference" column to import them from the media library using a custom method to convert the filepath: C:\Users\assoc\Desktop\Gli-strumenti-1.jpg to just the filename Gli-strumenti-1.jpg. 

If you need help writing a custom method to do this let me know, (an example of modifying dates using custom methods can be found here: https://www.importwp.com/docs/modifying-dates-using-custom-methods/ , this should give you an idea of how to call custom php functions within the importer fields).
