images & taxonomies not imported

Hello ,

i try to setup the plugin woocommerce in a staging site so i can test if it works on my eshop. It works as an importer of new sku but didn’t succeed to import product image & taxonomies like category and brand.

Also when the sku exist doesnot update the fields i checked to update

Must i install pro version or something else is wrong?

Can you help because if it does the job i want to buy it

Hi Dimitrios,

To fix the updating of existing records, On your permissions step, can you change the unique identifier to "Select a template field to be used as the unique identifier for each record.", and then set the "Template field" to _sku (and then make sure on the template field you have the sku field populated from the xml file).

In regards to the product gallery not importing, are you able to attach the csv or a sample of the csv that i can use to test, and also export ort and attach your importer settings to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

In regards to product brand / category, can you confirm that you have tried this in the taxonomy section of the template: https://www.importwp.com/docs/how-to-import-wordpress-taxonomies-onto-a-post-type/

Hi,

On the product gallery section, remove the "row base" selection (you have this set to /image)
