Importing from Google

I am not sure when, but importing Product Tags has stopped working. I am using the import field from taxonomies as below.

I am importing a Google sheet.

I had not imported anything for a while, but when I started importing again the field was no longer imported.

As I doing something wrong? Is there another import I should be using?
