Hello,

This is the 4th time I am trying to import an XML file, and for the 4th time the import gets stuck at 97% and never completes.

Hi George,

Does your server have any error logs you can share? 

Are you able to share a temporary login to the website so i can have a look as it happens?

Are you able to enable debug mode via import settings, and then run the importer and view the debug log?
